1. Objet

Ces CGV régissent l’inscription et la participation aux cours et événements organisés par French.Minded, association loi 1901. Les prestations sont proposées en ligne ou à Dublin aux enfants francophones et non francophones.

2. Modes de paiement & essai gratuit

• Paiement à l’année ou en 10 mensualités.

• Avant inscription, un cours d’essai gratuit est offert.

• Après ce cours, l’inscription est ferme et définitive.

3. Modalité de remboursement

• Avant 1 mois après l’inscription : remboursement des montants versés, déduction faite du coût des cours déjà passés, quelle que soit la présence.

• Après ce délai : aucun remboursement possible.

• Une place réservée est due, même en cas d’absence de l’enfant.

4. Droit de rétractation

• Conformément à la réglementation européenne sur les contrats à distance, vous disposez d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours.
  Toutefois, en vous inscrivant à l’issue du cours d’essai gratuit, vous reconnaissez expressément que l’exécution du service commence immédiatement après votre engagement, et vous renoncez de ce fait à votre droit de rétractation, comme prévu à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation.

5. Annulation par French.Minded

• En cas d’annulation (force majeure, insuffisance d’inscrits), vous serez remboursés intégralement.

6. Responsabilité

• French.Minded assure la qualité pédagogique.

• En cas de force majeure, l’association n’est pas responsable des interruptions de cours.

7. Propriété intellectuelle

• Supports de cours protégés.

• Reproduction interdite sans autorisation.

8. Données personnelles

• Traitement RGPD sur la base du consentement et intérêt associatif.

• Droits : accès, rectification, opposition, limitation, portabilité, effacement.

• Durée de conservation : 3 ans.

9. Droit applicable & litiges

• Droit français.

• Tribunal compétent : tribunaux français ou, pour prestations réalisées à Dublin, tribunaux irlandais.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration and participation in classes and cultural events organised by French.Minded, a French non-profit association (association loi 1901).
Services are provided either online or in Dublin and are open to both French-speaking and non-French-speaking children.

2. Payment terms & Free trial

• Payment may be made annually or in 10 monthly instalments.

• A free trial class is offered before any formal registration.

• After this trial class, registration is considered final and binding.

3. Refund policy

• Within one month of registration: a refund may be granted, minus the cost of any classes already scheduled, regardless of attendance.

• After this one-month period: no refund will be issued.

• A reserved place is considered confirmed and payable, even if the child does not attend the scheduled classes.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union regulations on distance contracts, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by enrolling after the free trial class, you expressly acknowledge and accept that service provision begins immediately upon registration, and you therefore waive your right of withdrawal, as provided by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and relevant EU consumer law.

5. Cancellation by French.Minded

In the event of cancellation by French.Minded (due to force majeure or insufficient enrolment), all paid fees will be fully refunded.

6. Liability

French.Minded is committed to delivering high-quality educational content.
The association cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by events considered force majeure.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8. Personal data

French.Minded processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), based on the data subject’s consent and the association’s legitimate interest.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, or transfer your personal data.
Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by French law.
Disputes arising from services provided in France will be settled before French courts.
Disputes related to services provided in Ireland may fall under Irish jurisdiction.
In all cases, parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
